Overview

As Production Support Lead, you work closely with the Production Team to coordinate logistics, suppliers, spaces and on-site operations. You help ensure that all practical details are prepared and executed correctly before, during and after the event.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is practical, organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. You stay calm under pressure and take action when something needs to be solved.

You are:

• Practical, organised and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable managing several tasks and deadlines at once.
• Calm and flexible when plans change.
• Hands-on during the final preparations and the event itself.

Previous experience in event production, logistics or operations is welcome, but not essential. Reliability, initiative and a strong hands-on mindset matter most.

Your responsibilities

• Work with the Production Team to coordinate the practical organisation of Tectonic.
• Follow up on production schedules, checklists and deadlines.
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers and other external partners.
• Be present during setup, the event and breakdown to solve practical issues.
