Overview

As People Support Lead, you work closely with the People Lead and the other People Support Lead on recruitment, onboarding and internal team follow-up. You help ensure that candidates, team members and volunteers feel informed, supported and connected.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is people-oriented, organised and approachable. You communicate openly, follow up reliably and are attentive to the needs of others.

You are:

• A strong, open and approachable communicator.
• Structured and reliable in your follow-up.
• Comfortable working with different personalities.
• Discreet and empathetic when handling personal information.

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, people management or student organisations is welcome, but not essential. Empathy, reliability and strong communication skills matter most.

Your responsibilities

• Work with the People Team on recruitment, onboarding and team follow-up.
• Communicate with candidates, team members and volunteers.
• Keep volunteer and team information structured and up to date.
• Support team activities and volunteer coordination before and during the event.
