As People Support Lead, you work closely with the People Lead and the other People Support Lead on recruitment, onboarding and internal team follow-up. You help ensure that candidates, team members and volunteers feel informed, supported and connected.
We are looking for someone who is people-oriented, organised and approachable. You communicate openly, follow up reliably and are attentive to the needs of others.
You are:
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, people management or student organisations is welcome, but not essential. Empathy, reliability and strong communication skills matter most.
