Overview

As Marketing Support Lead, you work closely with the Marketing Team to create clear, engaging and consistent communication. You help plan, create and publish content across Tectonic’s different channels.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is creative, attentive to detail and understands how to communicate with different audiences. You are comfortable working with content, deadlines and feedback.

You are:

• Creative and able to think from the perspective of the audience.
• Comfortable writing or creating content for different channels.
• Aware of branding, tone of voice and visual consistency.
• Structured and reliable in following up on deadlines.

Experience with social media, copywriting, graphic design, photography, video or digital marketing is welcome, but not essential. Creativity, reliability and a strong sense of ownership matter most.

Your responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Team to plan and execute Tectonic’s communication.
• Create, adapt and publish content across social media, newsletters and other channels.
• Follow up on the content calendar, deadlines and planned publications.
• Help maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.
