Who are we

With over 1.700 attendees, consisting of a mix of investors, founders, students, and young professionals, Tectonic is the #1 startup event in Belgium. We celebrate the potential of tech entrepreneurship to transform our society for the better, and for our 2025 edition, we’re again assembling a dedicated team of 10+ volunteer leads to take Tectonic to the next level!

Our aim is clear: To turn Belgium into a launchpad for European entrepreneurship by uniting the local ecosystem and connecting it to other European hubs! 🚀

Our Focus & Goal

Team Structure

We’re assembling a 130-strong volunteer crew, each taking ownership of a key domain—marketing, people, startup experience, partner experience, and more. Volunteers are grouped into teams of 10–15, guided by an on-site support lead. With flat hierarchies, tons of trust, and high energy, every team makes sure their part of the event runs like a dream.

Timeline

A prepared (wo)man is worth two 🤓 The event takes place on 5–6 November 2025, and we’re building the volunteer team by mid-October so we can kick things off together and ramp up to showtime. 🚀
