Who are we

With over 1.200 attendees, consisting of a mix of investors, founders, students, and young professionals, Slush’D is the #1 startup event in Belgium. We celebrate the potential of tech entrepreneurship to transform our society for the better, and for our 2025 edition, we’re again assembling a dedicated team of 10+ volunteer leads to take Slush’D to the next level!

Our aim is clear: To turn Belgium into a launchpad for European entrepreneurship by uniting the local ecosystem and connecting it to other European hubs! 🚀

Our Focus & Goal

Team Structure

We’re building a high-energy crew of 10–12 Volunteer Leads, each taking ownership of a key domain—whether that’s marketing, people, startup experience, or partner experience. With a flat hierarchy and tons of trust, each lead will coordinate a team of 10–15 volunteers, making sure their part of the event runs like a dream.

Timeline

A prepared (wo)man is worth two 🤓 The event is planned to take place in Q4 of 2025, and we’re assembling the volunteer lead team by August 2025 so we can kick things off together and ramp up towards showtime.
