Overview

As Content Support Lead, you work closely with the Content Lead to coordinate speakers, sessions and practical follow-up. You help ensure that communication runs smoothly, information remains structured and every speaker knows what is expected of them.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, responds promptly and enjoys keeping people and information aligned. You are curious about technology, entrepreneurship and the ideas shaping Europe’s future, while also being structured enough to manage practical details and deadlines.

You are:

Previous experience with content creation, speaker management, journalism, moderation or event organisation is welcome, but not essential. Strong communication skills, responsiveness and the ability to work efficiently with digital tools matter most.
